Follow-Up Consultation — $250

30-minute follow-up consultation

Ongoing partnership to refine and maintain your wellness.

  • A detailed review of your treatment progress, symptomatic changes, and overall well-being.
  • Careful medication management, monitoring for efficacy, adjustments, and safety.
  • Continued evaluation of lifestyle modifications and therapeutic goal tracking.
  • Coordination of any necessary medical lab orders or collaborative clinical follow-ups.

Insurance policy

We do not accept insurance at this time.

However, we can provide you with a superbill — an itemized medical statement — that you can submit directly to your health insurance company to seek out-of-network reimbursement.

Reimbursement is determined by your insurance company. Please contact your plan directly to confirm out-of-network mental health benefits, deductible requirements, and submission rules.
