Texas Horizon Psychiatry offers a mix of insurance and self-pay care. We accept Cigna and Aetna for eligible plans. Coverage depends on your specific plan, so please verify your benefits before your first appointment.
- Cigna: available for eligible Cigna plans; network status and coverage vary by plan.
- Aetna: available for eligible Aetna plans; network status and coverage vary by plan.
- Self-pay: the evaluation and follow-up fees listed below are self-pay rates.
- Out-of-network care: if we are out of network for your plan, or you choose to self-pay, we can provide a superbill — an itemized medical statement — that you can submit directly to your health insurance company to seek out-of-network reimbursement.

Please contact our office and your insurance company to verify your specific plan, our provider and network status for that plan, eligibility for the type of visit you need, and your expected out-of-pocket cost, such as copays, deductibles, and coinsurance. The self-pay fees listed below are not insurance copays; if you use Cigna or Aetna, your cost is determined by your plan. Out-of-network reimbursement is determined by your insurance company and is not guaranteed.
